Asset Manager seeks Associate to work as part of a team with several Financial Advisors. Degree from a highly competitive university and industry experience required. Responsible for all aspects of client servicing, which involves: heavy client interaction and problem solving for high net worth prospects, clients and intermediaries. Derivative Settlement Specialist– Los Angeles (temporary)
Work with executing brokers and the desk for trade Confirmation for exchange traded (ETD) Perform Bloomberg pricing validation for ETD trades. Send trade allocations and reports to executing and clearing brokers. Generate and compute variation margins. Work with custodian banks and clearing brokers to resolve collateral fails and variation margin breaks. Option expiration processing, which includes determining if options are ITM/ATM/OTM, reconcile holdings and assigned contracts, post trades, and notify appropriate parties. Liaise with pricing and security set up team where necessary. Participate in special projects or testing where necessary. Assist in collateral management where needed. Assist with audit request documentation. Ad hoc reporting. Required Software knowledge: Excel. Years of Experience in Industry: 2 years. Bachelor’s Degree.

Performance Specialist – Los Angeles
Individual will be a senior member of the systems and data management team. The individual will require a good understanding of performance measurement techniques and be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the Global Investment Performance Standards. This person is expected to quickly learn and master the performance system (Eagle PACE); he/she will work close to technology enhancing the system and developing new reports and procedures to help service the business. Undergraduate (or higher) degree in related field.

Operations Administrator-Newport Beach
The position works with the Operations team. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting. Minimum 2-3 years experience with a Registered Investment Advisor and/or Brokerage Firm. Good understanding of the securities industry. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of macros or databases a plus. Working knowledge of FIN and Bloomberg helpful.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: daily administration of mutual fund accounts including trade reporting and validation of NAV, account reconciliation. Candidate will also cross-train and assist in multiple areas of Operations, which may include: class action processing, proxy voting and administration, data and file maintenance, opening and closing accounts, and trade settlements. Qualified candidates must possess the following skills and meet these minimum requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting. Fund Administrator – Los Angeles
Responsible for the accounting and administration of specialized investment portfolios including: mutual funds, limited liability company funds and insurance clients. Interface daily with fund’s custodian bank, third party administrator and portfolio management and analytics. Communicate subscription and redemption activities are adequately communicated internally and to the fund’s prime broker, custodian bank or third party administrator. Daily reconciliation of portfolio cash accounts with prime broker, custodian bank and third-party administrator. Completion of regular investment holdings reconciliations on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to prime broker, custodian bank or third party administrator . Preparation and review of performance returns for designated client portfolios. At least two years of investment management or financial services related work experience. Excellent computer skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel are required. The optimal candidate must have excellent quantitative and research skills and exhibits a strong interest in finance and accounting. Undergraduate degree in a related field.

Individual will oversee the delivery of all client reporting; ensure that it meets clients’ expectations in terms of content, delivery method, timeliness and accuracy while maintaining consistency with the firms standards.
