Asset Manager seeks an Administrative Assistant to assist a Private Client team with all administrative functions. The team will consist of up to four professionals and up to three Associates. Minimum of two year of administrative or executive support to multi managers within the financial industry. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint (Windows) and Adobe Acrobat Professionalism and good interpersonal skills are essential. Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Duties:answering phones, correspondence, expense reports, scheduling meetings/appointments, spreadsheets, preparing presentations, reception coverage, and database input/maintenance.






Portfolio Administrator
Pasadena

The Fund Administrator will assist with the administration, accounting, and reporting of the Funds and other sponsored hedge funds. The candidate should be self-motivated and possess strong analytical skills. This position is within an expanding area of the firm. The qualified candidate will be willing and able to handle growing responsibilities. Two plus years of financial services experience. Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance required. Knowledge of hedge fund and/or mutual fund accounting. Must have excellent analytical and communication skills. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities:
This will include assisting with shareholder transactions, daily pricing, reconciliation, generating daily reports for various departments, and a variety of other special projects.






Trust Administrator

The Trust Administrator will communicate directly with their manager, trust officers and clients. Required: Strong knowledge of trust operations, proficient in fiduciary and probate law, minimum of 5+ years recent relevant trust experience. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Committed to providing a high level of client service • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Lotus Notes • Bachelor’s degree, CTFA certification preferred.

Responsibilities:
The Administrator will work closely with advisors to service their accounts. This position will set up and manage the accounts, coupled with, reviewing of trust and other legal documents.






Investment Strategy Analyst

The associate in this position will support Investment Counselors with client asset allocation and investment planning issues. He/She will help to develop asset allocation strategies for achieving investment goals of clients and prospective clients. Hiring Required ~ 2+ years of related experience, Experience working with asset allocation concepts desired, Self-motivation and an intellectual curiosity about asset allocation and personal financial planning required, Excellent communication skills, Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Proficiency in math, Strong working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Access or other databases, The ability to work independently and with broad direction, Knowledge of retirement, tax and estate planning a plus, A Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
