Client Advisory Operations Associate – West Los Angeles

• As part of a 50-person firm, work on a small team to serve clients.
• Communicate with colleagues, clients, investment managers, family offices, accountants,
attorneys and trustees.
• Analyze client balance sheets, cash flow, asset allocation and investment performance
• Initiate all client portfolio activity (including opening and funding accounts, investment
additions/withdrawals, transfers, etc.).

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with 1-4 years experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude.
• Experience with detail orientation.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

• Demonstrable project experience.
• Experience working both independently and as part of client team.
• Ability to adapt in an entrepreneurial work environment.
• Understanding of investment managers a plus.

Client Associate, Dallas (In-Person)

This position is with a firm that advises high net worth clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced client services, administrative, and operations professional to add value to a fast growing firm. Duties include: New Client Onboarding Process: Receiving new client introductions from Advisors and working with the new client to open custodial accounts. Fielding calls/email requests from clients for wires, deposits, quarterly performance reporting, GIPS compliance and developing strong a rapport with all clients. Required: Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Schwab Portfolio Center and Fidelity Wealth Central. Must have a 4-year Undergraduate Degree and at least 3 years of relevant office management experience within the financial services industry.
