A minimum of 4 years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm (preferably a Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm). Experience serving business entities, consulting and compliance experience working with multi-state business entities, experience working with FASB ASC 740, and experience in addressing U.S. tax aspects of companies doing business abroad. CPA license (non-negotiable requirement).
